All unopened products purchased at the Chem Store can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department. You can reach customer support at 877-900-1783. Products returned within the 10 day window are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. For products ordered in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to the Chem Store shall be that of the customers. Applicable refunds will be processed when the product is received by the Chem Store.
